Want Music???

I just thought I would give the address to the place where you get music for your blog page. All you do is go to projectplaylist sign up for an account and it tells you exactly how to get the music. (Don't worry it's free too.) Once you have done that, you get the code, and copy it by right clicking, go to your blog and go to customize, new page element, html javascript, and paste the html. it's so easy. Call me if you have questions!!!

How Good is Your Vocab?

Two weeks ago a high councilman talked in our ward. He told us about this website. It is called freerice.com. It is really cool. It is like a vocabulary test. It gives you a word and then asks the meaning. For every word you get right, the sponsors of the sight, donate 20 grains of rice. It goes toward humanitarian efforts....I think China? If you get the word right, you move up a level but if you get it wrong, you move down a level. I tried it yesterday and it was so fun. I just wanted to tell you all because it is a good cause pluse you expand your vocabulary. It's totally free. You don't have to do anything but guess what the word means!! Try it out and let me know what you think.

What a fun time!

We had such a fun time at Grandma & Grandpa's house!  We were all sad to go home.  It was so nice to see everyone and have the cousins spend time together.  Aut & Meesha are so cute pregnant!  Nat's house is going to be beautiful.  Dad spent a lot of his free time working on the gad dang pipes in the brown bathroom.  We got to see Steive & Meesha's ultra sound video!  We visited 3 different museums, played in the snow, and took a quick trip through Temple Square.  It was a full fun filled trip.  Thanks Mom and Dad for the great time!  Here is a video clip of one of the museums we visited.  We didn't stay long.  Leave it to my kids to about tear the place down.  Corbin knocked over one whole side of chain and posts that were supposed to be acting as a barricade, and then had to go sit in the car.  Boston came around the corner carrying an easel with a poster explaining one of the exhibits.  Geez!  This dark room was really cool, though.(notice in the picture above Dace giving Corbin a karate chop to the belly!  I clicked the camera on the "Yaw" part of "Hi-Yaw")

Tiff's Arrival

Tiff and the kids made it safely to Grandma and Grandpa's house. It was colder than they thought it was going to be. The kids couldn't wait to see and get IN the snow. The stops along the way took way too LONG. (By the way I am doing this myself. Thank you very much. How am I doing??????) Tiff is my teacher and is very patient with me. Am I to the end yet??? lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalal.
This was so much fun. Stay tuned for more FUN!!

Rub a dub dub

WAAAHHHHHH!

Amber went home yesterday.  We are all sad!  Boston was crying for Chloe last night and woke up this morning wondering where they all were.  We had such a great time.  I only have a few pictures that turned out.  We mostly took pictures with Amber's camera.  We did lots of fun things.  Seems like we packed a lot into the days they were here.  We went to an indoor jump arena with huge blow up castle like things.  We went t0 the park, and to The Underground (which used to be the original mainstreet where slaves were traded and sold.  They have built present day ground level above it and restored the original into a shopping center/tourist site.   It was kind of cool).  The kids made cookies, and played outside.  I think the highlight of the visit for the girls was the bubble bath in our jacuzzi tub.  We also went swimming.  It was so fun.  It made us miss everyone!

PICTURES
I Talked to Melanie Bernard and she said that she would be happy to do pictures for us. She said that the sitting fee would be $20.00. Which I think is a great deal. She said that the sheets depending on how many we order would be about $5.00 -$6.00 approximatly for an 8x10 sheet. I will pick up a price list from her next week and let you know for sure what the sheets would cost. I think this is a very good route to go and pretty inexpensive. Also you can order only what you want, and not have alot of extra pics that you have paid for and dont know what to do with. Will you please let me know what you think about this.I told Melanie I would get back with her asap to let her know for sure about what we decide.

TRAINING TIME FOR THE PARENTS!!

We are still in our infancy in our blogging skills! We are slowly getting the hang of this and we are excited to see everybody's pictures and comments!! Keep up the good work!

Posting comments

Everytime I check my page, which is quite often, there almost never is a new comment. I know this happens to all of you. I have wondered why no one ever posts comments on my page, and I have come up with the solution. It's because I never post comments on other peoples page. So everyone...from now on, when you visit somebody's page leave a comment! You might receive one
on your page. you don't even have to post a sentence. just a word or two will do. just whatever you think about the picture. Does everyone agree? Thanks and have a happy Blog time.

Family Picture Suggestion

The only suggestion that we have for the family picture is that we all start looking for a girl for Michael. Since we are doing pics in august the picture will likely be outdated after six months. With all of the "flirting and converting" (as Michael says) that he has been doing he won't be single for long.
P.S. our vote is for a professional photographer. It sounds like a good idea to do it ourselves but. i personally would rather pay the ten dollars then have the hassel of doing it ourselves! However, if everybody thinks we should do it ourselves I am fine with that too!

Family PIctures

I was thinking that instead of paying money to have someone take pictures for us, we just do it ourselves. We can put the camera on a timer or Scott's camera has a remote to take the pictures. The only problem with that is there won't be someone behind the camera saying "Look here look here" and taking the picture right when everyone seems to be looking. But it would save some money? I don't know, let me know what you guys think.
P.S. check out my new updated blog!

Fair Days!

Yes!  Emery County Fair Days is going to be held the same time as the family reunion.  Please take a look at the website below and let me know what activities/events we might want to attend. We can do some of these things in addition to, or in place of what we have planned.  Let me know what you think!
